1. Who we are
Nextritech Ltd ("Nextritech", "we", "us") is a Kenya-registered company delivering solar, battery storage and plumbing engineering services, and publishing engineering mobile apps. This policy covers nextritech.com and describes how we handle personal data submitted through it. Our apps may reference this policy but are separately listed with their own privacy details on the Google Play Store.
2. What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and any project details you choose to share. If you tick the "notify me" checkbox, we also record that opt-in so we can send occasional updates about new tools, apps and resources.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect standard, aggregated website-usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how visitors reach the site — to understand and improve it. This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or consultation, and — only if you opted in — to notify you about new Nextritech tools, apps and resources. Analytics data (if enabled) is used only to understand and improve the site.
4. How we store it
Enquiry submissions are stored on our hosting provider's server in an access-restricted location, and a copy is emailed to our team. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with subcontractors or partners directly involved in fulfilling your enquiry (e.g. an equipment supplier for a quote), and only as needed for that purpose.
5. Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for further contact (including the "notify me" opt-in). To exercise any of these rights, email info@nextritech.com.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, or until you request deletion.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above.
